Learning About Mary is a FREE, self-paced 10-part course taught by Barbara Oleynick, author of Blessed is Her Name: The History and Divine Life of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Through video lectures, downloadable lecture notes, professionally narrated audio lessons, study guides, and Remembrance Challenges, you will journey from Mary's Immaculate Conception to her Assumption, discovering her unique role in God's plan of salvation. The course is designed to be accessible to everyone. Each lesson may be watched, read, or listened to, allowing participants to learn in the format that best meets their needs, including those with visual, hearing, or reading challenges. Inspired by The Mystical City of God, the spiritual writings of Venerable Mary of Jesus of Ágreda, this course explores Mary's life through a work the author claimed was received through divine revelation. The Mystical City of God is not doctrine or religious dogma and should be received only as a private spiritual work intended to inspire a greater understanding and deeper love of Mary, Mother of God. The Remembrance Challenges are not graded examinations. They are opportunities to reflect on each lesson and deepen your appreciation of Mary's role in salvation history. All course materials—including lectures, notes, audio lessons, study guides, and Remembrance Challenges—are provided FREE of charge. It is our prayer that this course will help you come to know the Mother of God more deeply and, through her, draw ever closer to Jesus Christ. And to share with all!
